Collar Bark
Has anyone found an effective bark collar for a Small Dog? I have a miniature poodle – about 8 pounds with a really skinny neck. He barks in the morning when I leave for work. I have tried a beeping collar, which worked for awhile, and a Shock Collar (petsmart) which I don’t think ever [...]
